Witness the lives of Four extraordinary people more Fantastic than the universe they live in, in Marvel’s Fantastic Four on Disney +. Join the Fantastic Four as they explore new and interesting worlds in the Marvel Universe. With unique abilities and a willingness to help this bizarre family experiences the trials, tribulations, and all the typical family drama as their progress is documented by the loveable assistant to the Fantastic Four: Herbie.

VFX: VFX involves the integration of live action footage (special effects) and generated imagery (digital or optical effects) to create environments, inanimate objects, animals or creatures which look realistic, but would be dangerous, expensive, impractical, time-consuming or impossible to capture on film. Visual effects using computer-generated imagery (CGI) have recently become accessible to the independent filmmaker with the introduction of affordable and relatively easy-to-use animation and compositing software.

Industrial Light and Magic [Notable Works {Television Series}: Star Trek the Next Generation, Agent Carter, The Mandalorian]: ILM is unparalleled when it comes to visual effects history in film and television. Always at the top of the game in computer effects, as well as being owned by Disney, there’s no other choice for the VFX on a Fantastic Four series. Looking at their work on what many consider to be the definitive Star Trek series as well as Star Wars’ first Live Action series, it’s no contest they’d be able to bring to life the wonderous and complex creatures fitting the varied landscapes traveled by the Fantastic Four.

Practical Effects: A practical effect is a special effect produced physically, without computer-generated imagery or other post-production techniques. In some contexts, "special effect" is used as a synonym of "practical effect", in contrast to "visual effects" which are created in post-production through photographic manipulation or computer generation.

Legacy Effects [Notable Works {In Television}: Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Agent Carter, The Mandalorian]: With their relationship working on Marvel Series as well as numerous Marvel Movies, their work not only speaks for itself but stands out uniquely in the world of modern practical effects. Their work, best highlighted in The Mandalorian, is exceptional and groundbreaking with animatronics and practical effects. There’s no doubt their work is perfectly suited for the Fantastic Four.

Make-Up Artist: A make-up or makeup artist (MUA) is an artist whose medium is the human body, applying makeup and prosthetics on others for theatre, television, film, fashion, magazines and other similar productions including all aspects of the modeling industry.

Greg Nicotero [Notable Works: Sin City, The Walking Dead, Alita: Battle Angel]: When it comes to Make-Up, since the retirement of Rick Baker, Greg Nicotero is unparalleled and without equal. His work is fantastic and transformative in ways no one could really expect or predict. He’s someone that can really redefine the look of something while playing to the typical Elements. Getting him involved with Characters like Annihilus or the Thing, or The Maker would really play to something unique and fantastic.

Costume Designer: A costume designer is a person who designs costumes for a film, television series, or stage production. The role of the costume designer is to create the characters and balance the scenes with texture and color, etc. The costume designer works alongside the director, scenic, lighting designer, sound designer, and other creative personnel. The costume designer may also collaborate with hair stylist, wig master, or makeup artist. In European theatre, the role is different, as the theatre designer usually designs both costume and scenic elements.

Gersha Phillips [Notable Works: Falling Skies, The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, Star Trek: Discovery]: I love her costuming work on Star Trek Discovery. It stands out and looks phenomenal, it’s very uniformed but at the same time it stands out and looks appropriate for the characters. Her eye would be a unique fitting for the Fantastic Four as she would be able to represent the unity in the characters while add little flourishes that appeal to the individual characters and still stand out.

Production Designer: A production designer or P.D is the person responsible for the overall look of a filmed event such as films, TV programs, video games, music videos or adverts. Production designers have one of the key creative roles in the creation of motion pictures and television. Working directly with the director and producer, they must select the settings and style to visually tell the story.

Todd Cherniawsky [Notable Works: Star Trek: Discovery, Pet Semetary, Star Trek: Picard]: With his work on Star Trek alone it’s easy to see why Todd is perfect for this iteration of the Fantastic Four. His environments look crisp and unique while fitting a uniform for the universe they belong to. There’s no doubt he would be able to bring a realistic edge to the worlds made popular by the comics.

Director of Photography: A cinematographer (usually credited with the title director of photography, or DP) is the chief over the camera and lighting crews working on a film and television series, responsible for achieving artistic and technical decisions related to the image. The study and practice of this field is referred to as cinematography.

Greig Fraser [Notable Works: Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, The Mandalorian, Dune]: His work in Star Wars alone earns him the spot. His work on both the big and small screen is testament to what his eye can bring to any budget. Putting him on a show like this, where the team is always moving would be a great use of his work as well as consistently challenge him to stand out from Star Wars and from Guardians to create a unique look.

Composer: A television score (also sometimes called tv music, background music, or incidental music) is original music written specifically to accompany a television show. The score forms part of the series' soundtrack, which also usually includes dialogue and sound effects, and comprises a number of orchestral, instrumental or choral pieces called cues which are timed to begin and end at specific points during an episode in order to enhance the dramatic narrative and the emotional impact of the scene in question.

Christophe Beck [Notable Works: Angel, Ant-Man and the Wasp, WandaVision]: It was incredibly challenging to find the right composer to give a proper MCU theme for a Fantastic Four Series. Reviewing his work though, he stands out as a strong choice. His work with Ant-Man and Ant-Man and the Wasp has a very fun and 60’s stylized approach. His work outside of it is rooted in comedy and that was a big plus. A lot of elements of his composing work plays to a fun element, as well as something that feels thrilling or plays to the mood and atmosphere in a unique way. There’s no doubt he could bring a unique and thrilling theme to the Fantastic Four.

Executive Producer: In television, an executive producer usually supervises the creative content and the financial aspects of a production.

Kevin Feige [Notable Works: Fantastic Four, Agent Carter, Falcon and the Winter Soldier]: Kevin Feige is the Marvel Cinematic Universe. His work on the Franchise is clear and leave a consistent impact. I can imagine for characters like X-Men and the Fantastic Four he would have a soft spot, as they were some of the earliest movies he was credited on. I think he could use the Fantastic Four on Disney + to play to how important and necessary the service is for fans of the MCU as well as Fans of Marvel in general.

Executive Producer: In television, an executive producer usually supervises the creative content and the financial aspects of a production.

Shawn Levy [Notable Works {In Television}: Stranger Things, Imaginary Mary, Last Man Standing]: Shawn is an extraordinary filmmaker, He’s helmed charming family flicks like the remake of Cheaper by the Dozen and the excellent and action heavy family film Real Steel. He’s no stranger to television as one of the highlightable television series he’s worked on is Stranger Things and Last Man Standing, both I find relevant, One for it’s family and team dynamic facing otherworldly threats and the other for it’s family dynamic, comedy, and day in the life approach. He’s a massive talent from all angles and would be absolutely at home working on something as iconic and genre-bending as Fantastic Four.

Executive Producer: In television, an executive producer usually supervises the creative content and the financial aspects of a production.

Ben Edlund [Notable Works: The Tick, Supernatural, Gotham]: Ben’s work on Superheroes has been highly commentary. He’s worked on shows that were driven by a family dynamic and really brings an odd and unique sense to the shows he works on. He’s a Class-A talent that would be instrumental in helping an MCU Fantastic Four find its voice.

Executive Producer: In television, an executive producer usually supervises the creative content and the financial aspects of a production.

Barry Sonnenfeld [Notable Works {In Television}: Maximum Bob, Pushing Daisies, A Series of Unfortunate Events]: His work is honestly perfectly tailored for Fantastic Four. He’s got a unique and driven visual style that appropriately plays to the projects he works on as well as the different elements of the characters he works with. His work is distinct and rides a fine line of being for the family, with a little extra thrown in just for adults. Putting him on Fantastic Four would lead to iconic results.

Showrunner/Developers/Executive Producer: A showrunner is the leading producer of a television series. They are credited as an executive producer simply or as a producer. A showrunner has creative and management responsibility of a television series production through combining the responsibilities of employer and, in comedy or dramas, typically also character creator, head writer, and script editor.

Chris McKenna & Erik Sommers [Notable Works {As a team}: Community, Ant-Man and The Wasp, Spider-Man Far From Home]: As a team they’ve worked on several entries into the MCU, they have a great grasp of character and the environment of the Universe. They deliver well on the comedic elements and keep things tonally appropriate. They’re a talented duo and with their grasp on the MCU and their command of characters and situational humor, they’re a perfect duo to help introduce the Fantastic Four on Disney +.

Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic [Height: 6’ 1”, Age: 30’s]: Reed is a scientific optimist. He has trouble focusing on one item, having the ability to stretch himself among different problems giving them all equal attention. Few projects strike him in a such a way as to take dominance over his focus, even while exploring new worlds, he also thinks about how he can upgrade the Fantastic as well as several other scientific exploits. His split attention and focus often leads to him and Sue getting into arguments. Reed isn’t above his mistakes and is used to apologizing. After exposure to the Negative Zone he develops an entirely new support system, based on a series of fluid, allowing him to stretch and manipulate his body in various and interesting way at will. After the transformation, Reed takes on the moniker of: Mister Fantastic.

Ethan Peck [Height: 6’ 1”, Age: 34, Notable Works: I Ship It, Star Trek: Discovery, Penny Dreadful]: Ethan is an interesting and dynamic actor. He’s certainly picked up his grandfather’s talent as an actor. He has a unique way of displaying his character’s intelligence while still having a measure of likability. Putting him in a role that allows him to be intelligent, likable, and to dork it up a bit would really do a measure of good in showing just how good and immersive an actor he is. He’s got the presence, the charm, and the look to play a perfect Reed Richards.

Sue Richards/Invisible Woman [Height: 5’ 6”, Age: 30’s]: The wife of Reed Richards, holding an M.D. and an Astronomy Doctorate, having spent most of her time in college as a shut in having felt pressured for dual doctorates to impress her father. She is a sweet individual, more often than not offering a sympathetic ear to her friends’ problems. Aboard the Fantastic she acts as a mediator shoving herself in between arguments to force everyone to take a minute to cool down. She carries a natural maternal presence; she cares about her family and takes a maternal role willingly to help take care of them. In this relationship Sue is more Reed’s bedrock then he is for her, something Sue is comfortable with. After exposure to the Negative Zone Sue’s body changes to allow her the ability to Bend Light and manipulate air as to create Bubbles or force fields as well as physical platforms. The true extent of her abilities is unknown, but it is widely theorized by Reed that Sue, at her full potential, would be the most powerful of the Fantastic Four. She is a driving force to helping the people of the planets they visit. Due to her abilities, Sue takes on the moniker of: Invisible Woman.

Danielle Panabaker [Height: 5’ 6”, Age: 32, Notable Works: Sky High, Justified, The Flash]: I love Danielle as an actress. She’s got a knack for playing wonderful and easily likable but complex characters. She’s got the charm and the presence to present a sense of wisdom and compassion in her work that makes her a perfect candidate for Sue. She’s used to the environment of a Superhero world and putting her in the action gives her so much to do and lets her really get more in tune with her characters. She’s captured hearts since Sky High and there’d no doubt she would be a welcome force to join the Fantastic Four as the Invisible Woman.

Johnny Storm/The Human Torch [Height: 6’ 0”, Age: Late 20’s]: A mechanical student when he joined Reed’s crusade across space. A true celebrity at heart, Johnny talked Reed into the idea of documenting their journeys as they are present. Johnny is a very childish adult; his emotional growth having stunted after the passing of his and Sue’s mother. He is cocky, over-confident, and impulsive to the point that sometimes he is reminded he is part of a team. Johnny is a good person and he seeks to grow up emotionally. He understands his flaws very well, he just isn’t sure what he needs to do to grow up. Aboard the Fantastic he works as both the Ship’s Mechanic and engineer. Originally an Automotive engineering, so Reed made sure to make the inner workings of the Fantastic as close to a car as possible. After exposure to the negative Zone Johnny becomes a Pyrokinetic. Having such control over flame, his skin can act as an accelerant and he could be completely covered in Flames without harm coming to him. He can control the temperature of the fire as well as use it to propel himself and fly in oxygenated atmospheres, and shoot Fire out as a projectile, whether it be in bursts or in streams of fire. He is the first member of the four to take a superhero moniker: The Human Torch.

Alden Ehrenreich [Height: 5’ 9”, Age: 30, Notable Works: Hail, Caesar!, Solo: A Star Wars Story, Brave New World]: He’s a charming and charismatic actor. Solo wasn’t kind to him, but he captured the charm and the energy of Han pretty well. I think if he brought that energy to Johnny he would stand out as a pitch perfect adaptation of the comic character. He’s got that ability to play a man-child with a sense of arrogance and creativity that would play perfectly well for the classic Johnny Storm. I dare say he’s perfect for the role and would bring the appropriate levity and charm as the Human Torch.

Ben Grimm/The Thing [Height: 6’ 5”, Age: Late 30’s]: Reed’s longtime best friend. Born to the troubles of Yancy Street in Brooklyn, NY. Ben had few allies and mostly survived school thanks to the help of Reed Richards. When Reed made it to college, Ben pursued his dream of joining the Airforce. During this time Ben became an exceptional pilot. After Some Time in the Airforce he was offered by Reed the Ability to pilot the World’s first Starship, the “FANTASTIC” something he couldn’t turn down. Despite his gruff demeanor, and always looking angry, Ben is a teddy bear. Many would see him as a fun uncle. Ben finds time to relax on the Fantastic by watching old movies (he saw in his youth with his Uncle Jack), Painting, or building model Planes. Ben’s hobbies help him keep his sanity. After exposure to the Negative Zone Ben was injured in a resulting crash, and over time he developed abilities (such as super strength, enhanced durability, and sensory adaptation) his injures were fatal until they stumbled across an Orange Kronan named Margus (brother of Korg!) who told them he could save Ben, but at a cost. Despite the arguments against (even from Ben) Reed agreed and was able to do a blood Transfusion, the Kronan blood healed Ben, but the side-effect, amplified by Negative Zone Radiation, gave him the Orange Rock like skin. Since the incident Ben has been codenamed: The Thing.

Lou Ferrigno Jr. [Height: 6’ 2”, Age: 35, Notable Works: S.W.A.T., Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Stargirl]: I find it providence that my choice for the Thing, is the son of the Incredible Hulk, Lou Ferrigno. Lou Jr has become quite the actor; He’s starting to really become a name in television and proving that he’s a very capable and interesting actor. He’s had a guest spot on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (but whether that matters or not, Marvel isn’t a stranger to pulling from earlier shows to cast future films or shows.) I actually find him to be a charming actor who has the charisma and heart to play Ben Grimm. He’s a strong actor, down to earth personality, and a charming personality, all the hallmarks for playing the ever lovin’ blue eyed Thing.

Herbie [Height: N/A, Age: N/A]: Herbie is the Operating Artificial Intelligent System that runs the Fantastic, and the Cameras alongside The Fours’ explorations. While initially he has no physical form outside of the Cameras, the development of a body is underway. He was told his name was some long anagram relating to robotic terminology but in truth, Reed named him after his favorite Science Fiction other (H.G. Wells). Herbie is generally helpful and can add a lot to the conversation, as he conducts the interviews with each member of the Fantastic Four. Herbie is polite but also very quippy. While Jarvis was more of a polite but clever system, Herbie is a little more flippant, akin to R2-D2 if he spoke English. Herbie is seen with affection by the team, like a best friend to the group. Arguably Reed’s most human scientific creation.

Brent Spiner [Height: 5’ 11”, Age: 71, Notable Works: Star Trek {Franchise}, Young Justice, Star Wars: Rebels]: Brent Spiner is a treasure of an actor. He’s got a great dramatic and comedic sense to him that makes him an applicable to a role like Herbie. Where characters like Data and C-3PO were very polite and well mannered, Herbie is a little more flippant and a little more talkative and that’s something that could be a lot of fun to see Spiner play. He’s a tremendous actor and seeing him put a little more attitude in what the audience might initially see as a more loveable and kid friendly character like Wall-E, would showcase Spiner’s more direct comedic senses.

Alicia Masters [Height: 5’ 5”, Age: Late 30’s]: Ben Grimm’s long-time girlfriend. She has been with him since his time in the air force. She was blinded at a young age and found refuge in sculpting, her art becoming a positive influence in Yancy Street. She began dating Ben when he was on leave and saw her art. Since then she’s been in love with Ben, only loving him more after his transformation and learning to accept him as he is. She is a genuine source of strength for him and is the kind of bright spot that keeps him going. Ben talks to her everyday while in space (the miracle of Reed Richards’ self-created cellphones.) She wishes to change Yancy Street, hoping her art influences the youth to care and protect their neighborhood. A true humanitarian.

Jena Malone [Height: 5’ 5”, Age: 35, Notable Works: Sucker Punch, The Hunger Games {Franchise}, Too Old To Die Young]: Jena is one of my favorite actresses. She’s always fun and always brings heart to her performances. Giving her something like this might feel like underutilizing her, but letting her develop it and make it her own would prove to show what she could really do with such a wonderful character.

Dr. Franklin Storm [Height: 5’ 10”, Age: 70’s]: CEO of the Future Foundation, Franklin had given up a career in research scientist and relegated himself to teaching, after cancer took the life of his wife, Mary. His position as a teacher allowed him to be a father and allowed tragedy to hold him down. This changed when he met Reed Richards, who stood out as a prized pupil. Once graduated, Reed came to Dr. Storm with a proposal for a company dedicated to harvesting youthful scientific minds and explore science in terrific new ways. Franklin joined Reed, together they formed the Future Foundation, operating out of the Baxter Building in New York city. After Reed began space exploration Franklin began running the company, trying to do his best to keep the standards agreed upon by him and Reed. He’s still haunted by his wife’s death, often finding solace at the end of a bottle, but he still functions and operates properly. Receiving and transmitting messages for and too the Fantastic.

Bruce Boxleitner [Height: 6’ 2”, Age: 70, Notable Works: TRON, Babylon 5, Supergirl]: At this point it’s safe to say Boxleitner is a Sci-Fi legend. Between TRON and Babylon 5, he’s given a bit to the world of Sci-Fi and would certainly stand as a notable figure in a project like this. While he may not be considered a Michael Douglas, he can certainly fill that role with ease and style. There’s no doubt he could bring out the human and flawed elements of the character and put something together that earns the respect and admiration. He’d be perfect for the role and would stand out in the repertoire of other Marvel Supporting Characters.

Willie Lumpkin [Height: 5’ 8”, Age: 50’s]: A United States Postal Worker, Willie has known the Fantastic Four since the early days at the Future Foundation, delivering their mail and having a friendly chat. He’s a friendly fellow that everyone loves to hear from, being one of few people whom the entire team sends a Christmas card. He’s a got a gentle heart and is an eternal optimist, inspired to take up a Mail Route as a child to buy some comic books, it’s a job that fit like a glove and Willie has never had a bad day at work. A consummate professional.

Kevin Smith [Height: 5’ 8”, Age: 49, Notable Works {As an Actor}: Daredevil, Catch and Release, Live Free or Die Hard]: Kevin’s a massive comic book fan and no stranger to cameo appearances. Like many comic book fans he idolized Stan Lee, and I think it would be a fun idea to place Kevin in the same Role Stan Lee Inhabited.

Impossible Man [Height: 6’ 4”, Age: N/A]: Born and raised on a planet called ‘Poppup’ Impossible Man was stranded on another Planet after a scientific accident transported him all the way across the Galaxy. As a result, he has been trying to find his way home, and by good fortune found the Fantastic Four and joins their crusade in hopes they’ll come across Poppup. He is an odd and very comedic fellow, almost like a Parody of Mr. Spock, yet entirely more energetic and wilder. He acts as a guide to various inhabited planets, as he and other Poppupians have travelled the parts of the galaxy. He is a good person and willingly assists the Fantastic Four, despite annoying them. He grows to be friendly with them and once he finds his home finds it hard to leave his newfound friends, but he becomes confident he’ll see them again.

Ben Schwartz [Height: 6’ 0”, Age: 38, Notable Works: Parks and Recreations, Night School, Sonic The Hedgehog]: Whether it be Sonic or Jean Ralphio from Parks and Rec, Ben has actually stood out amazingly well as a comedic actor. He channels an energy similar to 90’s Jim Carry but all in his own style. His work in comedy makes him perfect for a role like Impossible Man, as it plays to his strengths as an actor as well as provide some range for dramatic depth. Seeing a second season where he is Traveling with the Fantastic Four would stand out as one of the best comedic elements brought to a Marvel series.

Shalla-Bal [Height: 5’ 9”, Age: 30’s]: From the Planet Zenn-La, Shalla of House Bal was a highly respected figure, her great love, Norrin Radd, was a figure of great importance as his family had established the original colony on Zenn-La. When a great destroyer came promising the End of Days, Norrin gave himself to the figure to spare Zenn-La from destruction. Now Norrin is worshipped as a messianic figure, and Shalla is lost. She meets the Fantastic Four on their arrival to Zenn-La and becomes inspired, if the four of them can survive the perils of Space, maybe somewhere out there is Norrin. She takes up arms and journeys into the great unknown looking for her lost love, encountering the Fantastic Four on various journeys across space.

Gina Carano [Height: 5’ 8”, Age: 30’s, Notable Works: Haywire, Deadpool, The Mandalorian]: I’ve really come to appreciate Gina’s work as an actress. Between her work in Deadpool and the Mandalorian she really stands out as a capable and powerful actress. Seeing her take a role like Shalla-Bal would be role that challenges her and stands out in her range as an actress and there is no doubt, she would handle it perfectly.

Annihilus [Height: 5’ 11”, Age: N/A]: A science experiment born on a barren planet, from Spore seeds. He grew up with an insatiable hunger for power and control. Seeking the Power of the Cosmic Control Rod to bring order to the Negative Zone. He has created thousands of minions from other life spores, raising them to have no personality nor independence, loyal to Annihilus. His efforts have sparked a civil war with a war lord named Blastaar.  Annihilus encounters and manipulates the Fantastic Four into helping him retrieve the Control Rod after witnessing their fantastic abilities. Annihilus is quickly and easily angered, He suffers from twitches and odd – bug like – movements.

Bill Skarsgaard [Height: 6’ 4”, Age: 29, Notable Works: Hemlock Grove, IT, Castle Rock]: After his performance as IT, I’ve wanted to see him do wonderful and more diverse villains. He’s brought such a unique energy and eeriness to IT that seeing him direct that energy to Annihilus would be appropriately creepy and almost like a horror movie character, making for one of the most unique, dark, and haunting Marvel villains that we’ve ever gotten.

Blastaar [Height: 6’ 6”, Age: N/A]: A ravenous Warlord of the Negative Zone, he’s been traveling from Planet to Planet, subjugating them to his control, something he refers to as ‘Mercy.’ Only Recently challenged by Annihilus, Blastaar has been able to keep down any voices from standing up to him. He’s barbaric and powerful – He’s tyrannical, using the power of the Cosmic Control Rod as his own personal scepter. He moves much like a Gorilla, his strength is unmeasurable, he is a calm and calculated individual who knows when, where, and how to strike to get the most effective result against his enemies. He is considered by his men as a Scholar of War.

Ryan Hurst [Height: 6’ 4”, Age: 44, Notable Works: Sons of Anarchy, Outsiders, The Walking Dead]: Hurst work is often underrated, he’s a strong and very impactful actor. He gravitates to a lot of heavy hitting roles, especially in his choice of villains and this is something that fits him perfectly. He’s an actor you can believe as being ominous and threatening and putting him as a warlord like Blastaar adds that Marvel Flair that makes the character stand out and would continue to make him a house hold name.

Harvey The Elder/Mole King [Height: 4’ 2”, Age: 60’s]: From the underground society of Moleworld. Harvey is an elder of the society who assumed control by killing the former leader. He built a cult following and his own militia known as the ‘Moleoids’ and his greatest creation the ‘Mega Moleoid.’ He seeks to create a universe under the control of the moles. With that he is very driven and very unhinged, challenging anyone who so much as disagrees with him. He carries a staff that controls his Moleoids, all of whom attack at his command. He is feared by some and respected by others on the Moleworld.

Stephen Root [Height: 5’ 9”, Age: 68, Notable Works: Office Space, King of the Hill, Barry]: I’m a huge fan of Root’s work as an actor. He’s a great comedic actor and has done a wonderful job playing ominous, cowardice, and unhinged. He’s got a ‘Mousey’ quality that plays to the kind of quirky mannerisms that fit Harvey’s character. He’s a fun actor to watch and putting him in a role like this would let him bring his best qualities to a fun and quirky villain without feeling out of place or odd. He’s perfect for the role.

Arthur Molekevic/Mole Man [Height: 5’ 2”, Age: 40’s]: Arthur Molekevic was a scientist originally employed at the Future Foundation by Reed Richards and Franklin Storm. His unkempt grooming and odd social mannerisms ostracized him from most others working at the Future Foundation. He was handled with respect from Reed until the discovery that Arthur was developing Zombie-like beings from fungi, which Arthur called them ‘Ani-Men.’ This caused his immediate termination, after which Arthur went underground to continue his experiments, stealing when and where he needs to continue his work. He is a very nature loving individual, using the natural fungi to create his own zombie-like horde loyal to him. Once he felt he perfected his Ani-Men he swore to gain revenge on Franklin Storm and Reed Richards for his termination.

Chris Gauthier [Height: 5’ 6”, Age: 44, Notable Works: Smallville, Watchmen, A Series of Unfortunate Events]: Gauthier is a pitch perfect actor for the role. He’s a stronger actor than many might give him credit for and he works extremely well for a role like this. I think Gauthier’s performances in Smallville and A Series of Unfortunate Events set an appropriate precedence for why he works as the Mole Man, and I think he could have some fun and make something unique out of the role.

Reed Richards/The Maker [Height: 6’ 1”, Age: 20’s]: A Reed Richards from an alternate Universe whose exposure to the Negative Zone left him mad and unstable. He went on to murder his iteration of the Fantastic Four, as well as Doctor Doom only to resurrect them to be his private team known as the ‘Frightful Four.’ Causing each of them to be despotic and worshipping Death. He seeks to destroy every other Reed Richards and Doctor Doom so that he is the last genius left alive. Once then he will be able to work in peace to solve the problems of all Existence. He has enhanced his biology so that his entire body is a living Brain, constantly enhancing in intelligence. He can stretch and expand his body in the same ways as the MCU counterpart. He is possibly just as dangerous as the real Doctor Doom.

Freddie Highmore [Height: 5’ 10”, Age: 28, Notable Works: Finding Neverland, Bates Motel, The Good Doctor]: Freddie is a wonderful actor and emerged as really the only choice for The Maker. He’s a great actor and has a unique quality of being able to pull people in and draw in sympathy. He plays a wonderful villain as seen with his performance as Norman Bates. There’s no doubt that if he stepped into this role he would give us a unique and haunting Marvel Villain.

Nathan Richards/Kang the Conqueror [Height: 6’ 3”, Age: N/A]: A Traveler from the Distant Future, known to have mysterious ties to Reed Richards, Kang is a conqueror who seeks to control space and time. He seeks to implement his genius across all facets of time, creating a forced utopia. He looks at time through an artistic lens and uses manipulation of space and time almost like a superpower making him an unpredictable and dangerous to combat. He speaks with a regal inflection, head high nose up at everyone. He sees himself as better and has augmented his body to have the various abilities of the Fantastic Four, All of it, stemming from his relation to Reed Richards and his effect on the future.

Rami Malek [Height: 5’ 9”, Age: 39, Notable Works: Mr. Robot, Bohemian Rhapsody, No Time To Die]: Malek has proven he’s one of the most capable and interesting actors of the last generation. His work is wonderful and he transformative in his work. His role in No Time to Die looks appropriately ominous and frightening, putting him in a role like this is something that Malek could really build upon and create something pretty revolutionary with a Marvel villain, finally being able to bring a sense of menace that doesn’t necessarily need sympathy to stand out.

Victor Von Doom/Doctor Doom [Height: 6’ 2” (Normal), 6’ 7” (Armored), Age: 30’s]: The world’s smartest, and most dangerous man. Born in the eastern European country of Latveria, Doom was born to impoverished parents who were murdered during an early revolution. Doom, however saw himself as destined to lead the revolution to success and journeyed the world, returning to Latveria a grown man with impeccable technology (technology that makes Iron Man look like a Relic of the Dark Ages and Wakandan inventions like cheap knock offs from a second rate inventor). He sees himself as the perfect creation, the smartest and most powerful being of all time. He believes he is the destined savior of mankind and works actively to achieve that goal by ruling Earth, seeking to protect it from threats like Thanos posed.

Gaspard Ulliel [Height: 5’ 10”, Age: 35, Notable Works: Hannibal Rising, Twice Upon A Time, Sibyl]: Gaspard is one of the best actors I’ve seen. He’s given such complex and strong roles and brings heart to his work. He brings such a wonderful menace to his villainous roles. His work is subtle and unnerving, he has such a talent for the nuance and mannerisms of his characters that it immediately enables him to stand out in his performances. He has become a big name in French Cinema, but his early work as Hannibal Lecter continues to stand out to me. He’s got the presence and menace, he’s talented and interesting, he’s an actor who stands out in his performances. He’s a wonderful actor who would be iconic to the role, the way he could inhabit Doctor Doom could be just as definitive as Robert Downey Jr as Iron Man, Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, or Tom Hiddleston as Loki. Gaspard is perfect for Doctor Doom.

Norrin Radd/Silver Surfer [Height: 6’ 4”, Age: 40’s]: Born on Zenn-La, Norrin was a devote political member of the Zenn-La hierarchy, keeping corruption from filling the council. When Galactus arrived to Devour Zenn-La, Norrin prayed to the Massive being, offering himself as a Slave to search for other worlds Galactus can devour so to save Zenn-La. This transformed him into the Silver Surfer, powered from Galactus’ heart of the Power Cosmic.

Orlando Bloom [Height: 5’ 11”, Age: 43, Notable Works: Pirates of the Caribbean {Franchise}, Lord of the Rings {Franchise}, Carnival Row]:  I genially enjoy Orlando in a lot of different roles. His work as Legolas is dynamic and interesting but also one note. I think he needs to be throwing into a deeper conflict for a character. He's a smart actor and He has the right voice I picture with the Silver Surfer. He’s got a very humble voice and I want that, but I want him to put some conflict in that voice. I’ve been a staunch supporter for Orlando to play Silver Surfer for some time. Orlando is a wonderful and unique actor. He’s given wonderful performances that have grabbed at different elements I think work for the Surfer.

Galactus The Devourer of Worlds [Height: 1.25 Miles, Age: N/A]: A member of ancient race of Taa-an, Celestials who melded in perfect unison with machines – As the race faced extinction Galan finally melded with his planet of Taa transforming him into the living Planet that needs to feed on other planets to survive, taking the name Galactus. Powered by a heart made of the Power Cosmic – Galactus can alter his from into that of a massive Galan (A Massive Human-like Organic Machine). With his heart powered by the Power Cosmic it allows him to imbue others with that power, to serve him.

Christopher Judge [Height: 6’ 3”, Age: 55, Notable Works: Stargate, God of War, Bad Company]: Galactus is a titanic character, and anyone who plays that needs a voice that brings an instant sense of command. The Character would likely be CGI, but it would have a physical form and you’d want an actor comfortable getting into that suit to become the character. Christopher Judge is an actor that has a remarkable command of his voice, and as an actor has done a remarkable job in making his characters encompass a massive presence. He’s an actor who would be instrumental in giving Galactus appropriate presence and menace.

This is my pitch for Marvel’s FANTASTIC FOUR. A Disney + Series unlike any show on television. As the world experiences the every day lives of these Four explorers, we learn just how much richer the Marvel Cinematic Universe is. Go along with the Fantastic Four as they explore Planet-to-Planet, experience dangerous new worlds, exciting new adventures, and meet more wonderful characters.
